岗位职责:
1.仔细审查公关。
2.浮动报价给供应商。
3.为商务谈判准备文件。
4.在与上级协商后制作批准通知书,并根据授权获得批准
5.制作
采购订单。
6.熟悉中国合同法
7.了解商业条款和条件及其适用性
8.组织与用户(内部客户)的会议,以便更好地了解需求。
9.听取内部客户的反馈。
10.采取纠正措施提高内部客户满意度。
11.探索
其他市场/供应商和
产品。
12.在保证质量的前提下开发oem的替代供应商。
13.与仓库保持密切联系,及时收取物料。
14.研究消费模式,整合公关,与供应商讨论价格合同。
15.开发替代供应商。
16.根据规定的sop评估所有供应商。
17.准备新供应商的文件,并按照sop获得批准。
18.根据各种标准评估供应商的表现,如不合格率,质量改进率,及时交货和信用条款。
19.跟踪供应商,确保材料及时交付。
20.及时提交管理层要求的各种
数据/信息。
21.确保100%符合所有安全标准和所有适用的建议。
22.积极参加安全
培训,安全小组委员会,标准领军者会议和任何安全活动。
23.现场内外穿戴所有的安全预防措施
24.实施改进项目以减少重复问题。
25.在内部和外部审核或评估中了解ims和
其他系统的要求和不符合要求的文件。
