WYNDHAM GRAND Plaza Royale Mingfa Zhangzhou Hotel is a top-tier brof the Howard Johnson International hotel management company, it is located in Mingfa business square,on the new Pudong road, Longwen zone, Zhangzhou city, Fujian province, The overall planning in accordance with the construction design of the deluxe five star standard. The hotel will be built into the first-class business international brhotel of Zhangzhou area.
Hotel operates strictly according to lablaw, all staffs work 40 hours per week, 3 times pay fstaff working on public holidays. Annual leave is entitled after 1 year service. Full scale of social insurance is provided to staff, i.e. pension, medical insurance, on job injury insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance. Hotel provides free work meals in staff canteen free apartment staff dormitory. There is some equipment in each room, such as single bathroom, TV, washing machine, cabinet so on. A pleasant comfortable environment is created fall staff.

一、岗位职责: 1. Monitors competitor’s activities and assists in marketing intelligence. 关注竞争对手的活动并协助了解市场动态。
2. Refers sales leads to appropriate personnel within the Hotels Group. 将销售线索提供给酒店集团内适合人员。
3. Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business. 根据在销售策略中既定目标,向新的、现有的、和有可能的客户进行销售,并与其谈判商定最适合 的价格以争取最大的利润。
4. Services existing business through management of account bases. 通过客户管理,向现有的客户提供服务。
5. Sell all facets of the hotel. 销售酒店的所有服务和设施。 6. Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.. 设立和保持定期销售拜访模式,与目标市场的主要人物会面。
7. Provides direction on, and conducts market research and analysis. 提供政策导向,并进行市场调研和分析。

4. Persuasion skill 说服能力。
5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Property Management System. 熟练使用微软办公软件及酒店管理系统。
6. Good writing skills. 良好的写作能力。
7. Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. . 市场营销、酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业的大专或本科学历。
